On-line auction rules

1.

The objects offered at the auction can be viewed in the seat of DARTE auction company, Nižný Hrušov 333

2.

The operator shall stipulate all auction parameters: asking price, i.e. the amount where the bidding starts as well as the beginning and duration of the auction.

3.

In the course of the auction the buyer is identified only by the number that he / she was assigned by the system after his / her registration. Any other data that would identify the buyer shall not be available to public in the course of the auction. The buyer can be any person with the age of more than 18 years .

Any registered user can bid, i.e. express his / her agreement with the purchase for respective price during the time when the object is in the auction. The acceptation of purchase contract proposal shall come into force by pushing the button “Send offer”.

5.

The interested person shall raise the bid of offered object by amount representing a minimum offer according to bidding table:

If a bid is made during the last 5 minutes of the auction, the time of planned auction finalization is prolonged by 5 minutes. The time of auction finalization shall be prolonged until bids are made. 

7.

In the moment of the auction finalization the buyer becomes that bidder who confirmed the highest bid. The buyer shall pay the operator an auction commission in the amount of 15 % that is added to the final price of the object sold at the auction.

In some cases the owners of some objects stipulate the sale price limit and when such price limit is reached the object is sold to bidder before official finalization of the auction automatically . 

9.

In exceptional situation the operator reserves a right to interrupt or finalize the auction or to exclude the object from the auction .

The payment must be made at the latest within 10 days after the day of the sale !
Purchased objects shall be handed out immediately after the payment.
The buyer shall get a receipt “payment confirmation”.
There is a possibility to send the object to destination point by a courier .
