In case of your absence at auction you can ask DARTE Auction Company to represent you at the auction.

1. During the auction you can bid telephonically or you can order our representation at the DARTE auction. Details shall be agreed on phone number 0905 356 921.
   As for telephone auction, it is necessary to fulfil following:

2. Customer shall determine a catalogue number of the object that he/she wants to bid telephonically /enclosed table shall be filled out and sent/.

3. Customer shall state the telephone number to which he/she shall be connected by DARTE Company when bidding catalogue objects selected by customer.

4. Customer shall accept the fact that participation in an auction that is based on telephonic connection is conditioned by paying deposit.  The bidder has to pay a deposit in the amount of 20% of the asking price of the object in advance on account or he/she shall agree a credit on telephone number 0905 356 921.

In case of unfruitful bidding DARTE Company shall give back the deposit to the customer forthwith.

5. Customer shall state in the table also the price ceiling that he/she is willing to accept at auction of respective object so that DARTE company as representative could bid selected objects also in case when the telephone connection is interrupted or it fails to make connection with the customer.

6. If the customer is late with total financial amount payment related to object bought at auction for more than 14 calendar days, then the deposit shall forfeit in favour of DARTE auction company as equivalent of costs related to selling the object and lost profits.
